Our Story
Rooted in family. Built for Hawai‘i businesses.
Our journey started with our mom, who did bookkeeping on the side for over 20 years. In 2025, we decided to turn her passion into something bigger.
As two brothers with backgrounds in accounting, marketing, and tech, we saw an opportunity to support local businesses with more than just the numbers. So we brought back our dad’s original business name — WDS: Watase Diversified Services — and turned it into a company focused on helping Hawai‘i businesses thrive through smart bookkeeping, tax services, and operations support.
